The following shall be and are hereby declared to be the fire limits: Beginning at the center of the intersection of North First Street and Spruce Street; thence south one-half block along the center line of Spruce Street to the north line of the alley running east and west through Block 7, north of Main Street in the original town site; thence west along the north line of the alley to the center line of Cypress Street; thence south along center line to the alley running east and west through Block 7, south of Main Street in the original town site; thence east along the south line of the alley to the center line of Spruce Street; thence south to the center line of South First Street; thence east along the center line of South First Street to the center line of Cedar Street; thence south along the center line of Cedar Street to the center of the alley running east and west in Block 10, south of Main Street in the original town site; thence east along the center line of the alley to the center line of Walnut Street; thence north along the center line of Walnut Street to the center line of South First Street to the center line of Elm Street; thence north along the center line of Elm Street to the north line of the alley running east and west through Block 4. north of Main Street in the original town site; thence west along the north line of the alley to the center line of Walnut Street; thence north along the center line of Walnut Street to the center line of North First Street; thence west along the center line of North First Street to the place of beginning.
