AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STOCKTON TV CABLE RATES FOR MONTHLY SERVICE AND INSTALLATION AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1304.

Section 1. The following rates are hereby established for services provided by Stockton TV Cable Company to residents of the City of Stockton, Kansas:

Monthly Cable TV Rates:

First outlet, basis - $13.50;

Each additional outlet, same premises - $2;

Installation Charges:

First outlet, basic - $25;

Each additional outlet, same premises - $20;

Disconnect Charges: None

Reconnect Charges:

First outlet, basic - $25;

Each additional outlet, same premises - $20;

Relocation Charges:

House to house - $20;

Each additional outlet--new wire - $20;

Outlet Extension (10 Foot Maximum): $8.

Converter:

Deposit - $25;

Installation - $10;

Non-Cable Related Service Call: $10 (Minimum).
