Angle parking at the angle indicated on the curb, sidewalk or pavement or by signs is hereby permitted on the following streets:
(a) South half of block on Elm Street from Main Street to North First Street, east side;
(b) South half of block on Elm Street from North First Street to North Second Street, east side;
(c) Cypress Street from Main Street to North Second Street, west side;
(d) West 125 feet of block on North First Street between Elm Street and Ash Street, north side;
(e) South half of block on Oak Street from Main Street to North First Street, west side;
(f) In front and side of funeral home located at intersection of North First Street and Oak Street where cutbacks have been made in the roadways;
(g) West side of Elm Street from Main Street south to the alley of Block 4 South;
(h) South side of South Fourth Street from Cedar Street west to one-half block;
(i) North side of North Second Street from Spruce Street west to Cypress Street;
(j) West side of Walnut Street from the alley of Block 5 North north to North First Street;
(k) North side of North First Street from Cedar Street west to Spruce Street;
(l) East side of Ash Street from the alley of Block 17 South south to the railroad right-of-way;
(m) East side of Elm Street from the alley of Block 17 South south to the railroad right-of-way; and
(n) West side of Cypress Street from Main Street south to the alley of Block 7 South.

When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified herein of any day except Sundays and public holidays upon any of the streets or parts of streets as follows:
(a) West side of Cypress Street from North First Street to North Second Street;
(b) East side of Cypress Street from Main Street to North First Street; from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

When signs are erected, no truck having a rated carrying capacity in excess of 3/4 ton shall be parked on Main Street between Elm and Spruce Streets.

(a) It is unlawful for any person to park motor vehicles, trailers or farm equipment on or along any street, avenue, boulevard, or alley in the city for a continuous period exceeding one week.
(b) Upon notice that any vehicle, trailer, or farm equipment has been continuously parked for a period of one week, the city shall notify the owner thereof that the vehicle, trailer, or farm equipment shall be removed within the next 24 hours or towed and stored at the owner’s expense.
(c) The owner of the vehicle, trailer or farm equipment shall be liable for the expense of the towing and storage. The towing charge shall be in an amount not exceeding the actual expense incurred by the city. The storage charge shall be $10 per day for each day the vehicle, trailer or farm equipment remains in storage.
(d) Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this section shall be subject to a penalty not less than $25 nor more than $100 in addition to the towing and impoundment charges. Such vehicles shall not be released until the owner has paid all fines and charges.

There is hereby established in front of the United States post office located at 411 Main Street, two parking spaces allowing five minute parking only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday of each week and when an appropriate sign is placed and maintained at the location, it shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle in the spaces in excess of five minutes during such times.
