A CHARTER ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE QUORUM REQUIREMENT FOR THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, KANSAS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, KANSAS:

Section 1. The City of Stockton, Kansas, by the power vested in it by Article 12, Section 5, of the Constitution of the State of Kansas, hereby changes and establishes the quorum of the governing body to be four (4) members.

Section 2. Any other ordinances, parts of ordinances, or sections of the City Code which refer to the quorum requirement for the governing body as being a majority of the commission is hereby changed and amended to read that the quorum requirement is four (4) members.
